The Healing Power Of Mudras On Physical Ailments

Healing Power Of Mudras
Mudras for a variety of health problems are found mainly in Chinese medicine. These generally have their origin in the theory of the five elements. The principle that remains unknown in the West. But Indian yoga teacher and healer Keshav Dev, who worked hard on the effects of mudras many years ago, can confirm the healing power of mudras.

Healing power of mudras

He says: "His destiny is in your hands and you must take it literally, not only because the lines of the hands indicate a person's past and future, but above all, because each finger has its own functions and its own power. Body.

Knowing how to use this power will help you maintain your physical health and tranquillity. When I talk to patients' mudras, their first reaction is scepticism.

Anjali Mudra

They ask me: "How can I improve my illness with just pressing a few fingers?

However, as soon as they begin to trust and do the exercises, they feel that the effects and scepticism are amazing.

Then I explain that these techniques, which seem so simple, are extremely valuable gifts offered by the most enlightened yoga teachers of antiquity. "

External things that contribute to healing.

Everyone involved in the healing properties of mudras insists that an adequate lifestyle and diet should be considered. An unhealthy lifestyle generally consists of a lower diet, lack of exercise and lack of fresh air, rest and relaxation, as well as stress, worry, negative thoughts and excessive negative emotions.

Of course, practising mudras, a healthy diet, regular periods of rest and proper exercises will lead to an optimal lifestyle that is the basis of your health.

If mudras are used to promote the cure of chronic diseases, they should be used routinely during treatment for weeks or months. A chronic disease has already started several years before the onset of obvious human disease. Therefore, the deposits take time to dissolve in the arteries, organs, individual cells and energy fields.

Some mudras can also be used in an emergency (for example, low back pain, heart attack, dizziness or nausea), they can be used as needed and only as long as necessary. Sudden complaints are not a coincidence, but the explosion of an imbalance that has exploded in use for some time.

For that reason, a mudra should not be used simply as a quick-acting meditation to relieve symptoms. Get to the bottom of things, meditate, ask yourself what this physical attack means to you. Ask persistently and honestly because you will receive an honest answer. It may not be pleasant, but it will have a long-term healing effect.

Mudras For Weight loss and Obesity

Obesity is a complex condition that involves an excessive amount of body fat. Being overweight is not just an aesthetic concern. This increases the risk of diseases and health problems such as heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure.

Being extremely obese means you are more likely to have health problems related to your weight.

The good news is that even a moderate weight loss can improve or prevent health problems associated with obesity. Changes in diet, increased physical activity and changes in behaviour can help you lose weight.

Symptom

Obesity is diagnosed when the body mass index (BMI) is equal to or greater than 30. Your body mass index is calculated by dividing your weight in kilograms (kg) by your height in meters (m) squared.

BMI Weight

  • Below 18.5

  • 18.5-24.9 Normal

  • 25.0-29.9 overweight

  • 30.0-34.9 overweight (Class I)

  • 35.0-39.9 overweight (class II)

  • Extreme obesity 40.0 and above (Class III)

For most people, BMI provides a reasonable estimate of body fat. However, BMI does not directly measure body fat, so some people, such as, for example, muscle athletes may have a BMI in the obesity category, even without excess body fat.

If you think you are overweight, especially if you are concerned about health problems related to weight, consult your doctor. You and your provider can evaluate your health risks and discuss your opportunities to lose weight.

The causes

Although body weight is genetically influenced, in behaviour and in hormones, obesity occurs when you consume more calories than you burn through exercise and normal daily activities. Your body stores these excess calories in the form of fat.

Obesity can sometimes be attributed to a medical cause, such as Prader-Willi syndrome, Cushing's syndrome and other diseases and conditions. However, these disorders are rare and, in general, the main causes of obesity are:

Inactivity. If you are not very active, you will not burn so many calories. With a sedentary lifestyle, you can easily absorb more calories per day than you consume through exercise and normal daily activities.

Feeding and unhealthy eating habits. Weight gain is inevitable if you regularly consume more calories than you burn. And the diet of most Americans is too high in calories and filled with fast food and high-calorie beverages.

Risk factor's

Obesity usually results from a combination of causes and factors, including:

Genetics Your genes can affect the amount of body fat you store and the location of that fat.

Genetics can also play a role in how efficiently your body transforms food into energy and how your body burns calories during exercise.

Family lifestyle. Obesity usually occurs in families. If one or both parents are obese, the risk of becoming obese increases. It's not fair because of genetics. Family members tend to share similar patterns of eating and activity.

Inactivity. If you are not very active, you will not burn so many calories. With a sedentary lifestyle, you can easily absorb more calories per day than you burn through exercise and daily activities.

Medical problems, such as arthritis, can lead to a decrease in activity that contributes to weight gain.

Poor food habits A diet rich in calories, without fruits and vegetables, full of fast foods, rich in high-calorie beverages and large portions contributes to weight gain.

Medical problems In some people, obesity can be attributed to a medical cause, such as Prader-Willi syndrome, Cushing's syndrome and other disorders. Medical problems, such as arthritis, can also lead to a decrease in activity, which can lead to weight gain.

Some medications can lead to weight gain if it does not compensate for a diet or physical activity. These medications include some antidepressants, antiepileptic drugs.

Ayurveda approach towards Obesity and Overweight

In Ayurveda, obesity is known as Medarog, which is caused by the aggravation of Kapha. Kapha is a dense, heavy, slow, sticky, wet and cold ayurvedic mood in nature. It regulates the overall structure and lubrication of the mind and body as well as the control of the weight and formation of the seven tissues: nutrients, blood, fat, muscle, bone, marrow, and reproductive tissues.

In a balanced state, Kapha feeds these tissues through multiple microchannels. However, when things get worse, Kapha leads to the production of toxins in the body. These toxins are dense and heavy and accumulate in the weakest channels of the body, causing their blockage. In the case of an obsessed person, toxins in Medovahi accumulate srotas (fat tubes), leading to an increase in adipose tissue production (Meda Dhatu). When the body produces more fatty tissue, it causes weight gain.

The Ayurvedic treatment line for obesity begins with the pacification of Kapha Dosha. This can be achieved by eliminating foods that aggravate Kapha's diet. Then, the treatment also focuses on cleaning the Medovahi channels by cleansing herbs to help reduce excess weight.

The causes of hair loss

The increase in the consumption of fried, acid, spicy, salty and fermented foods, as well as tea and coffee, aggravates the Pitta Dosha (Ayurvedic Doshas that represents fire) in the body. People with excess pitta in their bodies may lose their hair early or have prematurely thin or grey hair. Too much Pitta in the sebaceous gland, hairline or folliculitis can lead to hair loss.

Mudra For High Blood Pressure, How to do, Precautions

High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure (called Rakta Gata Vata in Ayurveda) is high blood pressure in the arteries. The increase in blood pressure depends on age, gender, physical and mental activity, family history and diet. The normal blood pressure of a healthy adult is 120 mmHg systolic and 80 mmHg diastolic.

The treatment of high blood pressure in Ayurveda has a long-term and profound effect, because it does not control the symptoms, but treats the root cause of the problem.

Causes For High Blood Pressure

Poor nutrition and lack of exercise are the main causes of high blood pressure today. Most foods we consume, be they fast foods or foods that contain preservatives and chemicals, cause digestive problems in the body. Disturbed digestion leads to an accumulation of ama (toxins), which leads to high blood pressure. The food we eat is digested by our digestive fire (Jatharagni) to produce a nutritious plasma. This plasma nourishes all other dhatus (body tissues) and contributes to the production of healthy blood that circulates through various channels (srotas) in the body.

However, if digestion is impaired, the nutrient plasma will eventually produce digestive impurities or ama. This ama mingles with the plasma and does it sama (combined with ama) or hard. As a result, the blood thus produced also becomes heavy or sticky. This heavy blood (loaded with impurities) flows through various channels and toxins begin to accumulate in the weaker channels of the body. Accumulated in the canals of the heart, these toxins cause a narrowing of the channels. The blood must, therefore, exert more pressure to circulate in these channels, resulting in high blood pressure.

In addition, stress, anxiety and negative mental emotions lead to an increase in blood pressure. History of BP in the family, obesity, physical inactivity, diet high in fat and fiber, excessive consumption of tea, coffee and refined foods etc.

Mudras for gastric trouble

Chronic Gastritis

Gastritis is an inflammation of the gastric mucosa. Patients with chronic gastritis feel ill and uncomfortable for most of the day and may also experience persistent weakness.

Causes For Gastritis

The main factors of chronic gastritis are excessive consumption of alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, sour foods, seasonings and white flour products. Stress, anger and heat make this condition worse.

Symptoms Of Gastritis

  • Digestion (dyspepsia)

  • Stomachache

  • Hiccup

  • Nausea

  • Vomitings

  • Dark Stools

  • Acidity

  • Anorexy

In Ayurveda, the condition of gastritis is called Urdhvaga Amla Pitta. It is caused mainly by a deterioration of Pitta Dosha (Ayurvedic humor that represents fire) due to bad eating habits and excessive consumption of alcohol or tobacco. The aggravated Pitta alters the digestive fire of the body, resulting in inadequate digestion of food and production of ama (toxins). Due to the aggravated Pitta, this Ama warms up in nature. This heat builds up in the body and increases the gas content in the stomach, which leads to gastritis.

Mudra is an effective remedy to reduce aggravated Pitta.

Mudra for Eye Care

mudra for eye care

The eyes are the most exploited organ of the human body. The eyes of modern Homo sapiens are constantly busy with activity. There is a strong avalanche of lighting fixtures, computer screens, and artificial lighting systems. The eyes are exposed to dry air in homes, offices, and vehicles with air conditioning.

This leads to eye fatigue, the early onset of eye diseases such as myopia, astigmatism, and cataracts, drought-related disorders such as the appearance of black spots in the eye (floating bodies) and dark circles around the eyes. ,

Prana Mudra is an easy-to-use hand gesture that energizes the eyes and keeps them moist and healthy. Prana Mudra is formed by joining the tip of the thumb with the end of the ring and the little finger. The ring represents the earth element and the little finger represents the water element. The combination of these two elements relaxes the muscles and nerves of the eyes.

Prana Mudra can be practised anytime. You can do it while you go, travel or sit. At my recommendation, one of my colleagues practices it daily for an hour, going from the office to the house in the subway of the city. When he comes home, he feels completely freed from the tiredness of his eyes and body.

To counteract the harmful effects of dry air in a temperature-controlled environment, you should use a lotion every morning and evening.

Exercises like fast blinking, eye rotation and near/far vision increase the eye muscles.

Mudra For Acidity Or Acid Reflux

Mudra For Acidity

Hyperacidity is very common today. Improper diet habits and lifestyle is the leading cause of it. Mudras are very much beneficial in the treatment of hyperacidity.

Causes For Acid Reflux

According to Ayurveda, the causes for acid reflux are;

1. Eating pitta (fire) aggravating foods and foods of incompatible nature (virudhaahar) vitiates all the Constitutions (doshas), Primary pittadosha. These Vitiated doshas produce heating toxins that are expelled upwards into the food pipe causing heartburn. Overuse of tea or coffee, or oily, spicy, or fried foods aggravates pitta. These leads to acidity. General in this conditions. Late night work schedules, irregular eating patterns, and drinking alcoholic and carbonated beverages also vitiate Pitta. Increased intake of painkillers and antibiotics also cause acidity and heartburn.

Mudra For Acid Reflux or GERD: Prithvi-vardhak, Kapha-Kaarak, Jal-shaamak

Hand Mudras are very efficient in the manipulation of different doshas. It is very simple, and there is no need of any expert supervision to do it. Just forty-five minutes of regular practice is enough to get good results. To know more about these mudras click on the links.

Kapha-Kaarak

Mudra For Acid Reflux or GERD

Jal-shaamak

Mudra For Acid Reflux or GERD

I think these mudras are helpful for you. Also, read my book "Complete Hand Mudras."

Ayurvedic View

According to Ayurveda, The primary reason for Acid Reflux is an aggravation of Pitta Dosha. Pitta dosha is an Ayurvedic humor that represents heat or fire. It is hot, sharp, intense, acidic and pungent in nature and is located in the stomach. Aggravation of  Pitta leads to increase of acidic content in stomach fluids. The reflux of the stomach's liquid contents into the esophagus occurs in most healthy individuals. In such patients, refluxed liquid contains acid more often due to aggravated pitta, which leads to acid reflux.

Causes of indigestion according to Ayurveda

Digestion is a very important topic in Ayurveda. When we talk about digestion according to Ayurveda there are four types of digestive stages. Out of this four digestive stages, three are defective stages of digestion.First one is called variable digestive fire or it called "vishmagani".Whenever we eat food the food is not necessarily digested completely. Sometimes the food is digested or sometimes it not ok, sometimes you are hungry, sometimes you are not hungry, it's like irregular digestion. This type of digestive problem is caused by excessive of Vata or too much air in the body. It is also the tendency of that person having Vata constitution. So people suffering from this type of digestive disorder can have constipation, wind formation, and other digestive problems.

According to Ayurveda, there is a simple tip that can useful to flame your digestive power. Eat a piece of fresh ginger before five minutes of taking your meal. so that will stimulate your digestive power. Also, one shouldn't drink water when we start eating.Never drink water before eating. or after the meals. Because if you drink water before the meals it will put down the digestive fire. If you drink water after the meal it will dilute the digestive enzymes. Why we are talking about the importance of digestion. Because in Ayurveda if the food is not digested properly. It will lead to two different things. One it will not nourish the tissues in the body second the undigested food in the body will create a toxic material "ama". It's a mucous type of material It's formed in the stomach from the undigested food. When it goes to the lungs it causes asthma. When it mixes up with blood is called cholesterol, and the same ama goes into the small  channels  and blocks the channel and it forms  fibroid or assist to a tumor. So it is very very important that we should not let this ama form in our stomach.

How can we do that? Very simple we have to just make sure that whatever we eat is completely digested. There are a lot of common problems we see in this modern age.A lot of food allergies have been seen when I go to the western countries. I find a lot of people suffering from a siliceous disease that they cannot eat beet or barely or such grains. The people suffering from irritable bowel syndrome, polite, ulcerative colitis and so many other diseases.which are actually connected with this ama.

Ayurvedic treatment for acidity and  indigestion

In Ayurveda, there is a very nice remedy for indigestion. You can keep this remedy with you. It is a  nice combination of lemon juice, ginger, and cumin seeds. Some Natural Foods that help in curing Acidity.Grapefruit

In spite of its often sharp, sub-acid taste, the fresh grapefruit has an alkaline reaction after digestion. The citric acid of the fruit is oxidized in the human system and hence the effect is to increase the alkalinity of the fluids of the body. Its juice is beneficial in the prevention and treatment of acidity and many diseases caused by too much acid in the system.

Lemon

The citric acid in limes has an alkaline reaction in the system. This acid together with the mineral salts present in the juice helps the digestion by assisting in the absorption of fats and alcohol and by neutralizing excessive bile produced by the liver. The juice counteracts the effects of greasy food and reduces gastric acidity. It is, therefore, especially valuable in the treatment of peptic ulcers.

Coconut

The mature dried coconut is valuable in the treatment of acidity. Its oil reduces the acid secretion of the stomach and gives much relief to the patient.

Honey

Honey is useful in maintaining the health of the stomach. It tones up the stomach diseases. It also decreases the overproduction of hydrochloric acid thereby preventing symptoms like nausea, vomiting and heartburn. When purified fecal matter and undigested foods are present in the alimentary canal, honey acts as a laxative and emetic and clears the digestive canal of waste matter.SugarcaneSugar cane is valuable in burning micturition due to high acidity, gonorrhea, enlarged prostate, cystitis, and nephritis. Mudra For Headache And Migraine

Headaches

Hypertension, insomnia, poor eyesight, sinusitis, hunger, anaemia, loud music, inadequate lighting studies, emotional stress, overwork, constipation and flatulence are the causes for headaches. In Ayurveda, the headache is known as Shirahshool. Headaches may be accompanied by tears in the eyes, nosebleeds or dizziness, depending on the exacerbated energy of the body. The treatment of Ayurvedic headache begins with a correct assessment of the causes.

Causes For Headaches

An inadequate diet and lifestyle leads to the deterioration (degradation) of vata (air) and kapha (water). Vata is obstructed by the capha around the head, causing headaches. With increased pain, Vata also stimulates Pitta Dosha (Fire), causing a burning sensation, nausea and vomiting. Headaches are also usually caused by emotional stress, overwork or insomnia. All these causes are taken into account in Ayurvedic observations before the start of treatment of Ayurvedic headache.

Symptoms of Headache

Pain in neck and shoulders.

Ayurvedic treatment of headaches.

The traditional science of Ayurveda assumes that headaches are caused mainly by two reasons: a sensitive nervous system and an altered digestion. Inadequate nutrition and lifestyle lead to an exacerbation of pitta (Ayurvedic humor that represents fire) in the body. In an aggravated state, Pitta interferes with digestion, leading to the formation of digestive contaminants (called Ama). This Mistress is stored in the Manovahi-Strota (the channels of the mind) and becomes the cause of a headache. The treatment of Ayurvedic headaches focuses on the complete elimination of toxins and the strengthening of the channels of the mind for long-term relief.

A sensitive nervous system reduces the ojas (energy) of the body. Ojas is the essence of all body tissues and strengthens the nervous system and the body. If you have a strong nervous system, you can fight problems and continue your work with a healthy mind. The reduction of Ojas causes migraine type problems.

The treatment of Ayurvedic headache is not only aimed at relieving pain, but also at treating the root cause. Mudras are an effective remedy to treat the root causes of the headache.

Mudra For Loss of Appetite, How to do, duration and precautions

Anorexia nervosa

Anorexia means the loss of the desire to eat, even when one is hungry. This disease is known as aruchi in Ayurveda. This condition can occur due to a sedentary lifestyle, stress and poor eating habits. In this state, a person has no appetite for eating due to indigestion or psychological causes. In some cases, the patient has a bad taste in the mouth and does not want to swallow the food.

Keep in mind that anorexia (simple loss of appetite) is not the same as anorexia nervosa (commonly known as anorexia), which refers to the serious psychological and physiological conditions that are generally observed in women where they develop an aversion. Eat scared of being obese. A person with anorexia nervosa often has a serious weight loss or even death. On the other hand, anorexia (simple loss of appetite) is usually temporary and does not become anorexia nervosa.

Causes

According to Ayurveda, anorexia is caused by the worsening of vata, pitta and kapha doshas and by psychological factors such as fear, anger and stress, resulting in incomplete digestion of food. This leads to the formation of ama (mucus). This lover blocks the gastrointestinal channels of the body and, therefore, interrupts the sense of taste.

The following factors contribute to this condition: inactive lifestyle; fatty, sweet and heavy foods; nibbling between meals; and eating meals in a disturbed environment, such as eating while watching television.

The symptoms

  • Dieting despite being underweight

  • Obsessed with calories and fat.

  • Avoid eating with an excuse.

  • Dramatic weight loss

  • Vomiting secret after meals.

  • Surexercer

According to Ayurveda, the physical causes of aruchi (anorexia) are the aggravation of vata, pitta and kapha in the stomach. Kapha is a substance similar to mucus that is cold, dense, heavy, firm, slow, thick, sticky, moist and clear. The aggravation of a type of kapha, called bodhak kapha, causes a loss of appetite.

Negative mental feelings, such as pain, fear, greed and anger can also cause anorexia. Since Ayurveda treats the root cause of the disease rather than treating the symptoms, the Ayurvedic treatment line relieves the Bodhak Kapha and relaxes the mind. This ensures that neither physical nor psychological factors affect the appetite ...

Mudras for Diabetes

Mudra For Diabetes

Diabetes is a disease that affects the body's ability to treat blood sugar, also known as glucose in the blood.

Without continuous and clean treatment, diabetes can lead to an accumulation of sugar in the blood, which can increase the risk of dangerous complications, such as stroke and heart disease.

Different types of diabetes can occur and the treatment of the disease depends on this type. Not all forms of diabetes come from an overweight person or an inactive lifestyle. In fact, some are present since childhood.

Types of Diabetes

There are different types of diabetes.

There are three main types of diabetes: type 1, type 2, and gestational diabetes.

Type I Diabetes: This type is also called juvenile diabetes and occurs when the body does not produce insulin. People with type I diabetes are dependent on insulin, which means they have to take artificial insulin every day to stay alive.

Type 2 diabetes: type 2 diabetes affects the way the body uses insulin. Although the body still produces insulin, unlike type I, the body cells do not respond as effectively as before. According to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, this is the most prevalent type of diabetes, closely related to obesity.

Gestational diabetes: This type of diabetes occurs in pregnant women during pregnancy when the body is less sensitive to insulin. Gestational diabetes does not occur in all women and usually disappears after birth.

The rarest types of diabetes are monogenic diabetes and diabetes related to cystic fibrosis.

Prediabetes

Doctors rate some people for prediabetes or borderline diabetes when blood glucose is usually between 100 and 125 milligrams per deciliter (mg / dl).

Normal blood glucose levels are between 70 and 99 mg / dL, while diabetics have fasting blood glucose levels above 126 mg / dL.

The level of prediabetes means that the level of sugar in the blood is higher than normal, but not so much if it is diabetes.

However, people with prediabetes can develop type 2 diabetes, although they generally do not have symptoms of complete diabetes.

The risk factors for prediabetes and type 2 diabetes are similar.

  • Being overweight

  • A family history of diabetes

  • with high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol below 40 mg / dl or 50 mg / dl

  • A history of hypertension

  • Gestational diabetes or birth with a birth weight of more than 9 pounds

  • History of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)

When a doctor determines that a person has prediabetes, it recommends that the patient make changes in their health that, ideally, hinder the progression of type 2 diabetes. Weight loss and a healthier diet can often help to prevent diseases

Mudra is a non-medical and natural way of controlling diabetes. Healing Mudra works according to the Ayurvedic principles. According to Ayurveda, every disease is caused due to an imbalance in Dosha's(Vata, Pitta, and Kapha). Mudras are used to manipulate these doshas. By practicing hand mudras, you can decrease or increase any constitutions(Dosha).

Mudras are helpful to control diabetic sugar level and also used to prevent long-term diabetic-related diseases. It is helpful to keep your organs healthy under diabetic conditions. Forty-five minutes of regular practice is a must to get optimum results. You may take two to three breaks in between this forty-five minutes, and you can do it morning, afternoon, evening or anytime. You can also practice hand mudras while watching T.V or traveling to the office.

Mudra for Anxiety

Anxiety

Anxiety is a normal and often healthy emotion. However, if a person regularly experiences a disproportionate amount of anxiety, it can become a disease.
Anxiety disorders are a category of mental health diagnoses that cause excessive nervousness, anxiety.

These disorders alter the way a person handles emotions and behaviours and also causes physical symptoms. Mild anxiety can be vague and disturbing, while severe anxiety can seriously affect your daily life.

What is Anxiety?

Disproportionate stresses and anxiety reactions characterize anxiety.

The American Psychological Association (APA) defines anxiety as "an emotion characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts and physical changes, such as high blood pressure."

Recognizing the difference between normal anxiety and an anxiety disorder that requires medical attention can help a person identify and treat the problem.

The causes

The causes of anxiety disorders are complicated. Many can occur simultaneously, some can lead to others and others can not lead to an anxiety disorder unless there is another.

The possible causes are:

Environmental stressors such as work problems, couple problems or family problems.
because people with family members who have an anxiety disorder are more likely to have an anxiety disorder
Medical factors such as the symptoms of another disease, the effect of a medication or the stress of an intensive surgery or a prolonged recovery
Brain chemistry, psychologists who define many anxiety disorders as hormonal imbalances and electrical signals in the brain.
Elimination of an illegal substance whose effects could increase the effects of other possible causes.

Symptom

A series of diagnoses are anxiety disorders. However, the symptoms of a generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) often include the following:

Restlessness and the feeling of being "on the edge"
Uncontrollable feelings of worry.
increased irritability
difficult to focus
Sleep disorders, such as  falling asleep
Although these symptoms may be normal in everyday life, they are persistent or extreme in people with ADHD. GAD can cause a vague and disturbing concern or serious anxiety that disrupts daily life.

Ayurveda approaches to Anxiety

Ayurveda has a holistic approach to an individual's physical, emotional and spiritual conditions, attributes anxiety symptoms to aggravated Prana Vata(air), a subsidiary of Vata(air) dosha that is associated with worry, anxiety, and depression. Prana Vata(air) weakens the nervous system and triggers mental imbalance. It also reduces the neurohormonal system and nerve impulses.

Three simple mudras to open blocked nose

Nasal congestion is a common symptom associated with viral infections such as colds or flu. They occur as a result of the inflammation of our mucous membranes and can be relieved with a variety of home and herbal remedies.

An introduction to blocked noses.

An important function of the nose is to purify the inhaled air. The nasal passages are covered with a tissue called mucous membrane, which results in a viscous secretion (mucus) to keep the nasal passages moist.

A beautiful vibrant hair called lashes is present and has the function of trapping the dirt particles that enter the nose. They clean approximately 10,000 liters of inhaled air per day and minimize the amount of inhaled bacteria. That is why it is important to breathe as much as possible through the nose.

Causes of nasal congestion/nasal congestion

There is no reason to be wrong in thinking that the sensation that often accompanies a cold comes so often that your head feels like it is about to burst. The mucous membranes of nasal passages produce a viscous secretion (mucous membrane) to maintain moisture in the passages and to prevent insects and dirt from entering the nose.

If you have a cold and your nose is constantly flowing, the mucous membranes will swell and become inflamed, which will cause a blockage of the nose or nasal congestion. In case of inflammation, mucus secretion becomes viscous and production increases, causing a blockage.

The symptoms of Blocked nose

Nasal congestion or nasal congestion is when you wake up with a cold that flows to the back of your throat, have trouble breathing slowly, cannot exercise without breathing problems, and feel that you are still clearing your throat. ..

Mudras For Constipation

Constipation

The inability to completely evacuate the bowel or pass through very hard stools is called constipation or vibandh in Ayurveda. This problem is due to an incorrect lifestyle and bad eating habits. Although constipation is often considered a common problem, it can cause other problems such as tears, fistulas, piles, loss of appetite and indigestion if left untreated.

The causes for Constipation

To treat causal constipation, it is important to first understand the root cause. The most common reason is poor digestion due to irregular and inadequate eating habits, inadequate fluid intake, low fibre diet, lack of exercise and mediocre faeces. All this leads to incomplete digestion of food that is not expelled from the intestine and causes the formation of ama (mucus). The culprits are heavy and difficult to digest foods, as well as fatty, spicy, fried and malnourished foods. Eating in a disturbed atmosphere or watching television and getting up late can cause intestinal disease. Psychological factors such as stress, anxiety, jealousy and pain also play an important role and are considered in the treatment of constipation in Jiva.

Symptoms of Constipation

  1. Digestion (dyspepsia)

  2. Stomachache

  3. Nausea

  4. Flatulence

  5. Pain in the anus during defecation.

  6. The heaviness of the body

  7. Anorexy

  8. Acidity

According to Ayurveda, undigested food and hidden stools accumulate slowly in the stomach or large intestine and alter the Vata Dosha, which obstructs the digestive tract. If the digestive tract is not cleaned, the body can not facilitate intestinal transit, resulting in a state of constipation.

Constipation is a common problem in the modern world. It creates numerous health issues. nothing to worry mudras will help you to overcome constipation.
