Improve complexion
A mixed juice of white radish and carrot drinking on alternative days are useful to improve blemish-free complexion and also helps to flush out toxins from the body.
Kidney Disease
Carrot seeds are helpful to reduce kidney swelling. A decoction made from the seeds of carrot drinking every day will reduce swelling.
Excessive internal heat
Fresh carrot juice is useful to revive the run-down system.
Eye Troubles
Make a 250 ml fresh carrot juice and mix it with 250 gm fennel and 10 gm raw sugar. Have this mixture with milk before going to sleep.
Dysentery
Make soup from carrot roots and have 200 ml thrice a day to overcome dysentery.

For those of you who have given up drinking milk, carrot juice is a good alternative. It helps fight tumors, increases vigor, vitality, appetite and body weight. It helps improves skin, hair, and nails and purifies the blood. You can also take carrot juice along with spinach juice. Blend about 50 grams of spinach leaves. Add this paste to the extracted carrot juice. Squeeze lemon juice, add seasoning if require and take it for a period of 2 to 3 months. It strengthens immunity prevents constipation, bleeding gums, anemia, indigestion, colds, and cough.
