Pran mudra

Pran mudra or prana mudra is one of the best mudras to increase immunity and stamina. 
Other names of Pran mudra are Kapha kaarak mudra or pita nashak mudra. 

This mudra is very much beneficial to increase Kapha humor and decrease Pita humor.

How to do Pran mudra or Prana Mudra:



1. Sit in any comfortable position.

2. Join the tips of the ring finger, little finger, and thumb finger to for Pran mudra or Prana mudra.

How Pran mudra or Prana Mudra works:


The ring finger represents earth(Prithvi) element, and the little finger resents water(Jal)element. The combination of earth and water forms Kapha humor. Joining the tips of the ring finger and little finger increases these elements that lead to increasing Kapha humor.  

The increase in earth element also decreases the fire element within the body. The decrease in the fire element decreases pita humor. 

Kapha humor plays a vital role in our strength, stamina, and immunity.  Also, reduction in the Pita humor helps to control body temperature.

 Forty-five minute of practice is enough to the right results. You may take three to five breaks in between this.
