Mudra For Frigidity,How to do,duration and precautions

What is frigidity?

Frigidity is often used to describe a low libido (sex drive) in women. This term is often used to describe a woman who is emotionally cold or who do not respond to her partner's sexual advances.

Lack of sexual desire may be psychologically anchored in a person's subconscious and associated with major problems that must be addressed or discussed. In some cases, women may suffer from low libido and reject or avoid sexual intimacy without enduring orgasm.

In other cases, women may have difficulty waking up or sex may even cause significant pain or discomfort. Regardless of whether the cause is emotional or physical, coldness can cause conflicts and tensions, even in the most secure relationships.

Diagnose frigidity

When a lack of sexual desire has become a problem in your relationship, there are many treatment options that must be investigated, depending on the underlying causes and the specific symptoms. A communication problem is often responsible for the lack of sexual desire. So try to discuss your partner's feelings.

If the problem is emotional, talk to him or make an appointment with a psychologist for a personal consultation or a couple. It is possible that a low libido or frigidity is caused by a physical problem. If this is suspected, seek the advice of a specialist by consulting a gynaecologist, general practitioner or health professional.

What are the causes of frigidity?

It should be understood that sexuality encompasses a complex set of emotions and behaviours that range from romance to feelings of closeness and security to feelings of sensuality and desire.

Privacy does not have a switch that can be reversed if a partner desires privacy. In general, the environment and the situation should feel good and comfortable for both partners.

Frigidity is  Failure of a female to respond to a sexual stimulus; aversion on the part of a woman to sexual intercourse; failure of a female to achieve an orgasm (anorgasmia) during sexual intercourse.

According to Ayurveda, this condition is caused due to an excess of Vata and deficiency of Kapha.

The practice of Prithvi mudra and Pran mudra helps to balance the excess Vata and also increase Kapha and vitality.
