Mudra For Low Blood Pressure (Video)

Low blood pressure may seem desirable and is not a problem in some people. However, unusually low blood pressure (low blood pressure) can cause dizziness and fainting in many people. In severe cases, low blood pressure can be deadly.

A blood pressure of less than 90 millimetres of mercury (mm Hg) for the upper part (systolic) or 60 mm Hg for the lowest number (diastolic) is usually considered low blood pressure.

The causes of hypotension can range from dehydration to serious medical or surgical conditions. It is important to know why your low blood pressure can treat it.

Symptoms


For some people, low blood pressure is an indication of an underlying problem, especially if it drops suddenly or is accompanied by signs and symptoms, such as:

  • Dizziness

  • Fainting (syncope)

  • Blurry vision

  • Nausea

  • Fatigue

  • Lack of concentration


 

Shock

Extreme hypotension can lead to this life-threatening disease. The signs and symptoms are:

Confusion, especially in the elderly.
Skin cold, damp and pale.
Rapid and superficial breathing.
Pulse low and fast.

Chronic low blood pressure with no symptoms is almost never serious. But health problems can occur when blood pressure drops suddenly and the brain is deprived of an adequate blood supply. This can lead to dizziness or lightheadedness. The practice of  Prithvi mudra and shoonya mudra are useful to overcome low blood pressure or hypotension. ]

How to do Prithvi mudra

Join the tips of the ring finger and thumb finger to form Prithvi mudra.

Shoonya mudra

How to do Shoonya mudra

Place the tips of the middle finger at the bottom of thumb finger to form Shoonya mudra.

Duration of mudra practice


45 minutes of regular practice or 15 minutes thrice a day.

You have to do mudras with both the hands. Just a simple touch of the tip fo the finger is enough to get result mudra practice.

 

Precautions


If you are a Kapha excess person then do this mudra in moderation only.
