Mudra For Duodenal Ulcer

Gastric ulcers are open wounds that develop on the inner wall of the stomach and in the upper part of the small intestine. The most common symptom of gastric ulcer is stomach pain.

Gastric ulcers include:

Gastric ulcers that occur in the stomach.
Duodenal ulcers that occur in the upper part of the small intestine (duodenum)
The most common causes of gastric ulcer are Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) and long-term aspirin and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) (Advil, Aleve, others). Stress and spicy foods do not cause stomach ulcers. However, they can aggravate your symptoms.

Symptoms

  1. Acidity

  2. A sensation of fullness, a sensation of fullness or regurgitation.

  3. Intolerance to fatty foods.

  4. Nausea

The most common symptom of stomach ulcers is a burning sensation. Gastric acid strengthens pain, as does an empty stomach. Pain can often be relieved by eating certain foods that dampen stomach acid or by taking medications that reduce acid, but then they can reappear. The pain may be worse between meals and at night.

Almost three-quarters of people with gastric ulcers have no symptoms.

Ulcers rarely cause serious signs or symptoms, such as:

Vomiting or vomiting of blood: they can appear red or black.
Black blood in stools or black or tarry stools
difficulty breathing
Feelings of weakness
Nausea or vomiting
Unexplained weight loss
Changes in appetite
