What causes skin ageing?


Many things make our skin age. Some things against which we can not do anything; We can influence others.

One thing we can not change is the natural ageing process. This plays a key role. Over time, we all have visible lines on our faces. It is natural that our face loses something of its youth. We notice that our skin is becoming thinner and drier. Our genes control to a large extent when these changes occur. The medical term for this type of ageing is "intrinsic ageing".

We can affect another type of ageing that affects our skin. Our environment and lifestyle can lead to premature ageing of the skin. The medical term for this type of ageing is "extrinsic ageing". Through certain preventive measures, we can reduce the effects of this type of ageing on our skin.

Mudra For Anti-ageing


Anti-ageing is to delay, stop or retard the ageing process. the practice of Prithvi mudra or Prithvi-vardhak mudra is helpful in being young forever.

The Practice of Prithvi mudra increases the earth element within the body. The earth element is a vital component of bodily tissues like bones, cartilage, skin, hair,

builds and invigorates these tissues. In other words, Prithvi mudra increases vitality, strength, endurance and helps in anti-ageing.

How to do Prithvi mudra
Join the tips of the ring finger and thumb finger to form Prithvi mudra.

Duration of mudra practice


45 minutes of regular practice or 15 minutes thrice a day.

You have to do mudras with both the hands.

Just a simple touch is enough to get the result of mudra practice.

Precautions


If you are a Kapha excess person then do this mudra in moderation only.
