Hand Mudras For Biliousness

"Biliousness" A term used in the eighteenth and nineteenth  centuries about bad digestion, stomach pains, constipation, and excessive flatulence (passing gas). The quantity or quality of the bile was thought to be at fault for the condition. Hence, the name "biliousness." ("Bilious" derives from the French "bilieux," which in turn came from "bills," the Latin term for "bile.") Biliousness was laid to high living. The "cure" was moderation and frequent visits to the doctor.

Hand Mudras For Biliousness 

Hand Mudra works according to the principle of Ayurveda. According to Ayurveda, all the diseases are caused due to an imbalance in doshas. Hand mudras are useful to balance the doshas, and that will help to restore health. It is very simple that anyone can do it anytime, and there is no need of any expertise to do it.
