Vata-nashak mudra is a particular mudra that helps to reduce Vata humor within the body.

1. First of all you have to sit in a comforatble posture.
2. Then, place the tips of middle finger and index finger at the bottom of thumb finger and apply little pressure to form Vata-nashak mudra.

When you practice Vata-nashak mudra it decreases aggravated Vata humor. It is specially useful for those whose bodily humor is Vata. It can be used to prevent illnes for them.
