Shankha means conch when you practice Shankha Mudra your hands resembles a conch.
How to do Shankha Mudra:
1.Sit in any comfortable posture.
2. Now, clench your left thumb with your right-hand fingers.
3. Place your left fingers on the back of your right palm.
4. Now, Join the tips of your right thumb with the left index finger.
How Shankha Mudra works:
The thumb finger represents fire element that is encircled by other fingers this leads to subdued the fire element. Also, the union of your left index finger and right thumb helps to increase air element. Shankha Mudra contributes to increasing Kapha, Vata humor and decrease Pita humor.
