Jal-shaamak mudra

Jal-shamak mudra is mainly used to reduce the water element within the body.

1.Sit in any comfortable posture.
2. Place the tip of your little finger at the base of thumb finger just like in the picture.

How Jal-shamak Mudra works:



The little finger represents Jal(water) element by keeping the finger at the base of thumb finger that represent fire element reduces water element within the body.

This mudra is helpful to heals water-logging within the body.
Water is a vital componet of Kapha and Pita humor. Decrease in the Jal element helps to overcome diseases caused due to Pita+Kapha dosha.
