Body cooling diet in summer

In summer every one want to be cool,so every one drink cool drinks and cool water and neglect your diet and due to the  job nature and busy life style. If you want enjoy your summer, just follow the diet given below.

Fruits: Mango, water melon, sweet lime, cucumber, common cucumber, guava, orange, pomegranate and almond(soaked).

Vegetables: Sespadula, tomato, green coriander, bitter gourd, onion, lentil, prickly amaranth, lemon, spear mint and velvet leaf.

Grains: Wheat, barley, corn, pigeon pea, sattu, garden pea,  red rice and kidney bean.

Milk products: Curd with sugar, rice milk and chilled milk.

Spices: Ginger, spear mint, coriander and aniseed.

If you add these items to your regular diet you can cool your body.
