The Three Day Safe Fasting

Fasting has wonder full health benefits.Fasting is natural way of healing.Three day fasting will helps to heal many common diseases and over come all the intestinal disorders and detoxifies livers purifies blood and complete refreshment to all the vital organs.



The three day safe fasting diet.

Before starting fasting it is a must to take enema.If you are not able to take enema it is better to drink one liter of luke warm water with one table spoon lemon juice.It washes bowels and purifies blood and does wonders to liver. Or before beginning the fast,  take 2 tablespoons of Isabgol daily for a week to clean your colon.

Drink only  fruit juices after diluting it with pure water,for first one day. This is a best way of safe fast.In the second drink vegetable juices like cabbage,carrot and beet root on the second day.Avoid all the regular habits like coffee and tea. Take apple or grape juice in the night. One the third day take raw vegetable and fruits.

On the fourth day take easy digest foods like eating a soft diet of vegetable soups,porridge,khichdi,dal soups etc. Instead of immediately going back to your normal diet,eat small frequent meals rather than two large meals.This will reduce discomfort,distension and bloating.

For safety if you feel any uncomfortable while fasting immediately stop it and east cooked vegetables and soups.
