Cinnamon or cinnamon bark is commonly used as a spice. In India Cinnamon is grown especially in Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Kerala.

There are many medicinal properties for  Cinnamon.

1. A headache by the cold can relieve by applying Cinnamon oil on the forehead.

2. ½ tsp cinnamon powder with two teaspoons of honey soothes coughs if taken in morning and evening.

3. Cinnamon have antibacterial properties which help in skin disease

4. Also, cinnamon is  known for antifungal properties

5. Cinnamon also knows for its anti-clotting properties.

6. Cinnamon helps in stabilizing blood sugars and also helps in digestion.
