Cinnamon or cinnamon bark is commonly used as spice. In India Cinnamon is grown especially in Tamilnadu,Karnataka and Kerala.

There are many medicinal properties for  Cinnamon.

1. Headache by cold can relieved by applying Cinnamon oil on forehead.

2. ½ tsp cinnamon powder with two teaspoons of honey soothes coughs if taken  in  morning and evening.

3. Cinnamon have antibacterial propertieswhich helps in skin disease

4. Also cinnamon is  known for anti fungal properties

5. Cinnamon also know for its anti clotting properties.

6. Cinnamon helps in stabilizing blood sugars and also helps in digestion.
