 Eating is an important part of our healthy life.We can't live a life with out eating,It is better to know that how to eat healthy ,Here are some healthy tips for eating.



  • Potato water is helpful for alkalizing the body.

  • Avoid all saturated fats and only eat unsaturated fats .

  • For High cholesterol persons it is better to eat mono-unsaturated fat than poly unsaturated.

  • It is better to avoid all the fried foods.

  • Peas,cabbage,cauliflower,eggs and turnips contain sulfur which produce gas.

  • It is better to add whole-wheat flour,brown sugar,and honey.

  • It is better to avoid white flour,polished rice,refined sugar,and all canned foods.

  • It is better to chew all your foods.

  • It doesn't matter how much you eat,only the amount of food the body can absorb nourishes your body.

  • Avoid all the foods that are allergy or sensitive to you.

  • Milk is a food it is better to drink by sips.

  • Don't drink water with meals it is better to drink water half an hour before and one hour later.

  • Whole fruit contains fiber when you make it juice you lose fiber it is better to eat fruits.

  • Don't drink stored juices it lose vital enzymes,Always drink fresh juice only.

  • Drinking half liter water before going to bed to overcome constipation and for free evacuation.
