Yoga Exercise For Mouth, Benefits,How to do

A healthy mouth is very important for a healthy body. Here is a simple yoga exercise to enhance the health of your mouth.



How to do:

Raise the head, stretch the tongue out and fold like a spoon. Inhale through the mouth. Keep the mouth and eyes closed. Cheeks have bulged. Fill the mouth with air and lower the head, After few seconds again raise the head and release the air through the nose.  Repeat this for 4- 5 times.

Benefits:

The above yoga exercise helps in keeping the mouth fresh. It purifies bad breath. Oral ulcers are cured, pimples are eliminated.
