Simple Yogic Exercises To Enhance Will Power

Most of the yogic practice empowers the will power. Here is a simple yogic practice to enhance will power.

How to do:

Keeping the backbone straight, tilt the head backward. Gently tap the back of the skull using all 5 fingers. Take a deep breath in and then breathe out, breathe in, in quick successions. Sofuc on the back of the skull.

Benefits: This yogic practice will enhance will power and reduce fear.
