Mudra For Sore Throat, How to do,Duration and Precautions

Sore throat is pain, irritation or irritation of the throat, which often gets worse when swallowed. The most common cause of sore throat (pharyngitis) is a viral infection, such as a cold or the flu. The sore throat caused by a virus will disappear by itself.

Strep throat infection (streptococcal infection), a rarer form of sore throat caused by bacteria, requires antibiotic treatment to prevent complications. Other less common causes of sore throat may require more complex treatment.

Join the tips of the ring finger, little finger and thumb finger to form Pran mudra.
Duration of mudra practice

Fouty five minutes of regular practice or fifteen minutes thrice a day.

You have to do mudras with both the hands. Just a simple touch of the tips of fingers is enough to get results of mudra practice.
Precautions

If you are a Kapha excess person, then do these mudras in moderation only.

Juice fasting for Sore throat


Juices of Apricot, Grapes, Lemon, Pineapple, Prune, Tomato, Carrot, and Parsley are best in this condition. Two to three days fasting will give quick relief.

If you are in a juice fasting, then you have to take these juices in every three hours.You may take juices five to six times a day. 300 ml of water with 30 grams of honey may be taken the first thing in the morning on arising. After that, the prescribed juice may be taken at three-hourly intervals. The quantity of juice on each time should be 300 ml, and you can increase it to 600 ml gradually. The juice fasting may continue up to forty days without any ill-effects. You should take adequate rest during the raw juice fasting.
