The most common areas of the boils are the face, neck, armpits, shoulders and buttocks. If it forms on the eyelid, it is called a stable.
If several boils occur in a group, it is a more serious infection called "anthrax."
Causes of Boils
Most boils are caused by a germ (staphylococcus bacteria). This germ enters the body through small cuts or cuts in the skin or can descend to the hair to the follicle.
These health problems make people more susceptible to skin infections:
- Diabetes
- Problems with the immune system.
- Bad diet
- Poor hygiene
- Contact with strong chemicals that irritate the skin.
Symptoms of Boils
A boil begins with a hard, red, and painful lump, usually a one-half inch. In the next few days, the size will be softer, bigger and more painful. Soon, a bag of pus will boil. These are the signs of serious infection:
The skin around the cooking is infected. It gets red, sore, hot and swollen.
Several boils may occur around the original.
It can develop a fever.
The lymph nodes may be inflamed.

Duration of mudra practice
45 minutes of regular practice or 15 minutes thrice a day
You have to do mudras with both the hands. Just a simple touch of the tips of fingers is enough to get results of mudra practice.
Precautions
If you are a Kapha excess person, then do these mudras in moderation only.
