Hand mudras For Anuria

Anuria is the condition that occurs when the body is not producing enough urine, but why would this happen?
What is Anuria?
Urine -- everyone's body produces it, but how many of us know where it comes from or what it's for? It turns out, the kidneys (part of the renal system) are responsible for filtering waste material out of the blood so that it may be removed from the body through urine. For the most part, this process runs smoothly (as you have probably seen first hand after drinking a giant soda). However, when this system is disrupted, the body doesn't produce enough urine, causing these waste materials to build up in the body. Hand mudras are useful in these conditions.
