Habits that destroys you

Skipping Breakfast

People who skip breakfast are suffered from low blood pressure and sugar levels. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

Over eating:

It causes hardening of the brain arteries and that leads to a decrease in mental power.

Sleep deprivation

Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.

Air pollution

Brain need major part of oxygen in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain which results a decrease in brain efficiency.

High Sugar consumption:

taking more sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing ;malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

Smoking
Smoking is more dangerous than any other bad habits it causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimers  disease.
