10 Best Tips For Sound Sleep

In  modern world more than half of the people are suffering to get a sound sleep.If you are one of them, who is facing this terrible sleeplessness problem. Don't worry,here are I am sharing  the simple tips to get rid  your sleeplessness problem.

This tips are really simple, but usually we neglect all these small thing in our life and end up losing our quality of life  . If you want a sound sleep without any disturbances  even if you sleep for few hours . You just make sure you remember the thing in your mind and follow in your daily life to enjoy a sound sleep.

Morning walking is a best solution to your sleeplessness problem. When we expose to morning sun light ,it will help you shorten your sleep cycle and when ever you go to bed at nights it will give you sound sleep.

Exercises also helps you,it shorten your sleep cycle.

At least 15 minutes of  hot bath before bed will also give you a sound sleep.

Avoid taking naps more than one hour in day time.

Avoid caffeine in any form after dinner.

To get a sound sleep it is better you eat light meals one or two hours before going to bed.

Stop all your mental activities at least one hour before your bedtime.

If you are not unable to sleep within 15 minutes, get out of bed and reading books or listen to music will help you to sleep.

It is better  remove the clock  from your bedroom.

Wake up same time every day. It will help  your body to acquire a consistent sleep rhythm.
