For last few days I am getting too much queries about anxiety and depression.After replayed few I get tired by writing individual replays .I though it is better to write few postings on this subject. Yoga exercise or poses for anxiety

Yoga helps you to develop all around personality.Yoga and pranayam is the best way to control the wandering mind.Yoga asanas will give you improved concentration and mind power.Vakrasana,Shirasana,bhujangasana,sarvangaasana,shalabhasana,halasana are very useful to overy come anxiety.

Pranayama has direct effect on your mind.Kapalbhati,anuloma-viloma ans bhastrika pranayamas are very much effective in the case of anxiety.

Meditation is best form of treatment to overcome anxiety.Sit in a silent place ,close your eyes and see your picture as complete confidant.Affirmations like "I will be calm and confidant" will work miraculously.
