How to perform viparitakarani mudra.
Lie on your back.Raise your legs and back,supporting your body by placing your hands under your hips.Make sure your legs are vertical and your toes pointed.
Close your eyes,Breath slowly and deeply from the abdomen and concentrate on the sex glands. In the male ,these are in the testis,and in the female in the ovaries.Stay in this position for two minutes.
