Yes,Fasting diet works,it has been proved from the ancient times. fasting is a miracles remedy for all diseases. Fasting diet worked wonderfully from the ancient times. Fasting is good for you.Here I am starting to share you about the importance of fasting in detail.

Fasting is complete abstinence of food for a period of time.Fasting is the natural healing process of the body.When you are in a disease you had no urge for food, this means body need sufficient rest to fight with the foreign material or to expel the unwanted toxic material out.Fasting is the cheapest way of treatment it cost nothing but benefits more than anything.All healing process is based on fasting, "fasting fastens the healing process".

Our anicestors are well known about the importance of fasting, allmost every religion on this earth follows fasting. In the history of medicine, philosopher Asclepiads, Hippocrates, Galen, Poracelsus are prescribed fasting in their treatments.

Most common reason for disease is accumulation of foreign and toxic materiel in the body.Due to over eating, improper eating, unhealthy life style,our excreting system becomes unable to expel all the toxic and poisonous materials from the body and diseases occurs.When you fast the excreting system get much energy to expel all the waste and toxic materials out of the body.Fasting purifies entire system which helps natural healing.

One week fasting is the best period for complete process of expelling and healing. But it is advisable that without expert guidance, one should not take long fasting but couple of days is acceptable.For a period of three days there is no need of any experts assistance.But if you are a patient of diabetes, advanced stage of tuberculosis or any other chronic diseases, it is better to take fruit fasting for one day. If you are not able to fast then you can try 12 hours fasting for a long period of time.Eat only after sun rise and before sunset, don't eat after sunset.And eat light and easy to digest foods it will be beneficial if you continue it for a long time, if you can continue this , it is a better life style.

Before starting fasting it is a must to take enema.If you are not able to take enema it is better to drink one liter of luke warm water with one table spoon lemon juice.It washes bowels and purifies blood and does wonders to liver. Or before beginning the fast, take 2 tablespoons of Isabgol daily for a week to clean your colon.

Drink only fruit juices after diluting it with pure water,for first one day. Take apple or grape juice in the night. One the third day take raw vegetable and fruits.
