Dietary tips for a healthy life



It is better to take meals than large ones,large meals is burden for intestine and digestive system.

Light and soft bland diets with easy to digest food are good for better health.


Complex carbohydrates and products with complex carbohydrates should be preferred over refined carbohydrates like white flour and sugar.

Taking excess protein is not good for health.

Saturated and hydrogenated fats are not good it is better to avoid it.

Polyunsaturated oils like sunflower,soya bean,and mono unsaturated oils like canola ans olive oil can be used.

Avoid all the foods that are rich in  saturated fat and dietary cholesterol.

It is better to avoid sweets made with sugar and using minimal sugar is better.

It is better to use less salt.

High fiber diet and drinking plenty of water is better to avoid constipation.

It is better to take supplements under the guidance of a medical expert other wise eat plenty of vegetables and fruits that rich in vitamins and proteins.
