Hormonal imbalance can be recognized or found out with a disturbance that is caused in our daily life cycle. We will discuss the reasons and signs of hormonal imbalance and ways they could be treated.

Reasons of Hormonal Imbalance

There are a number of reasons which cause the hormonal imbalance in the body.
When a person is too stressed the production of cortisol is increased which leads to the depletion of progesterone. In some cases, even if there is enough of progesterone the high volume of cortisol stops the progesterone from working. This will block the messages that are sent from hypothalamus and pituitary gland.
The main reasons for stress are mental pressure, physical stress like pain or injury and also a lack of sleep. An inflammatory reaction in the body due to an unhealthy diet can also lead to hormonal imbalance. The inflammation suppresses the hypothalamus which in turn makes the body produce sex, thyroid, and adrenal hormones.  These cause the uneven production of hormones in the body which in turn disturb the life cycle.
Insulin is one of the most important hormones that controls the blood sugar levels in the body. When we intake excess of sugar and another unhealthy diet, the body loses the insulin loses its capacity to break down the sugars in the body. Thus insulin loses its balances and loses its capacity in breaking down the sugars and transferring them to the required body organs.
