The answer is very simple our eating habits. Improper eating is the major culprit of unhealthy body and mind. Almost 80% health problems are a result of an unhealthy eating habit.  Nothing to worry here, I am sharing an eating tip that worked from the ancient times. The right time to eat and how much you have to eat in a meal.

Eating in an Ideal time will help in proper digestion and right supply of energy to all the vital organs including your brain. Your morning meal is very important. You have to eat breakfast within thirty minutes after wake up. The Ideal time is seven to eight. Breakfast should be easily digestible and highly protein and nutritious.

2.

You should have lunch four hours after your breakfast. Lunch should be the heaviest meal of a day and only eat 80% of your capacity. The ideal time for lunch is twelve to one thirty.

3. Your dinner should be light and easily digestible. You should have your dinner three hours before going to sleep.

Drink water half an hour before having meals, don't drink in between meal. Eat fruits before meals and don't eat fruits or juices after meals. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.

These things will help you to double your stamina, improve brain power, reduce fat on the belly area, looks 10 years younger.
