Stings and Bites
Take a hand full of dhub grass and boil it in one-litre water up to it becomes half then drink it twice to flush out all the toxins from the body.
Eczema
Applying a medicated oil prepared by dhub grass on the affected area is very much beneficial in the case of eczema. Take a handful of dhub grass, a few sticks of liquorice and some harad powder and then boil it in coconut oil. Apply this oil daily before going to bath.
Hair Growth.
Make a paste with dhub grass, liquorice and harad and boil this in coconut oil until the paste chars. Filter it and use regularly to nourish hair and stimulate growth.
Burns
Prepare a medicated oil by boiling dhub grass in coconut oil and adding myrrh or Guggulu prices to it. Thye filtered oil is highly coolant and injuries rapid healing or burnt skin.
Infertility
Taking half a cup of the juice of dhub grass every day is said to correct reproductive disorders and facilitate conception. This is also used as a preventive against abortions.
Bleeding disorders
A juice prepared from the fresh dhub plant is good coolant and haemostatic and therefore useful to arrest bleeding immediately.
Urinary disorders
Dhub grass is an excellent diuretic, the diluted and sweetened juice of dhub grass clears urinary obstruction of any kind and establishes a free flow of urine.

Dhub grass is known for its intellect promoting the property and is a component of many a brain tonic preparation, Here too, the fresh juice is taken in doses of an ounce every day.
