Hand mudras for low circulation of blood



Our body’s circulation system is responsible for sending blood, oxygen, and nutrients throughout our body. When blood flow to a particular part of our body is reduced, we may experience the symptoms of low blood circulation. Low blood circulation is most common in your extremities, such as our legs and arms.
Low blood circulation isn’t a condition in itself. Instead, it results from other health issues.
Several conditions may lead to low blood circulation. The most common causes include obesity, diabetes, heart conditions and arterial issues.
Hand Mudras are helpful in these conditions and here are few hand mudras that improve blood circulation.

Hand mudras work according to the principles of Ayurveda. Ayurveda believes imbalance in doshas leads to illness. Hand mudras are useful to balance three doshas. It is very simple, and anyone can do it anytime, and there is no need of any expertise to do it. Just thirty to forty-five minutes of regular practice will give good results.
