125g horseradish
Three lemons
four tablespoons honey
two tablespoon cinnamon
ginger (a 2cm piece)
How to use:
Using a food processor, blend the ginger and horseradish. Slice the lemons and remove the seeds. Then, combine the fruits (unpeeled) and mix them together with the horseradish and ginger. In the end, add the cinnamon, honey, and mix all the ingredients together. Place in a glass jar and close tightly. For longer shelf life, it’s better that it to keep the mixture refrigerated. Take 1 cup of this every day and your belly fat will just disappear!
