Mudras for arthritis:

How mudra works to reduce arthritis:
Vaayu mudra

Vaayu mudra or Vaayu-shaamak mudra decrease air element within the body. Which will reduce vaata dosha( humor), vaata aggravation is the leading causes of body pains.
Vaayu mudra can be formed by placing the tips of index finger at the bottom of thumb finger. Just 15 to 30 minutes perform is enough to get good results. All the vaata effects are reduced through this mudra.

Vata-naashak mudra

Vata-nashak mudra reduces Vata dosha which is the primary cause behind arthritis and body pains. Prithvi mudra
