Gentle Pose means auspicious in Sanskrit.
How to perform:
Sit with legs bent at knee and below the buttocks, toes pointing upwards, heels near the body and the soles of the two feet touching each other from the toes to the heels. The toes are grasped by both the hands and feet are brought as near the body as possible so that the heels touch the portion between the anus and the genital organ. Exhale deeply and hold the breath out for a while not allowing the air to go to the lungs.

It affects thighs, perineum, pelvis, abdomen and neck.
