For most of the couple conceiving a baby is not a big deal as this happens naturally to them. But this is not the case with all, few struggle for months to years to realize the dream of conceiving a baby. Recent studies show that there are millions of women all around the world having trouble in conceiving. In modern times due to lifestyle changes and late marriages, most women are having trouble in conceiving. Stress causes hormonal imbalances due to which most of the couples start to feel that sex which they treat as an expression of love earlier now become a chore and routine exercise. When stressed, the body releases cortisol and epinephrine into the bloodstream. This hormone lowers the sex hormone which affects your chance of conceiving a baby.

. This yoga poses increases blood circulations towards abs and groin, which remove toxins from the body. Kapalbhati pranayama practice enhances men’s sexual energy and libido.

Anuloma – Viloma Pranayama, and Bhramari Pranayama can be practised by both men and women.





Regular practice of yoga poses and breathing exercise will ensure proper oxygenation of all the parts of the body and cure many diseases. Proper oxygenation helps in purifying the blood and removal toxins and carbon dioxide from the body. This, in turn, will reduce the unnecessary burden on the kidney, reducing the possibility of skin diseases and failure of the kidney.
