Tea The Antioxidant

Tea  is an effective antioxidants.It is made from the leaves of camellia sinesis. These tea leaves has a unique antioxidants catechins which are infused in hot water in three minutes when you make tea. The antioxidant activity lasts for only 30 to 50 minutes only it is better to take fresh tea only.It is preferable to take tea after meals as when you eat food there is oxidation.


Tea increases antioxidant activity by 50% just after half an hour of drinking it. Tea contains caffeine which stimulates brain. It improves efficiency of liver enzymes detoxification systems as it helps the body to get rid of toxins.
