A gnawing pain in the abdomen,a burning sensation occurs between meals or in the early hour of the morning. The irritations may leads to few minutes to few hours.Sharp and sever pain and discomfort in the upper central abdomen.As the disease progress there is distension of the stomach due to excessive flatulence,besides mental tension,insomnia and gradual weakening of the body.In some cases there is constipation and occasional blood in the stool.This are the major symptoms of peptic ulcer.
