Home Remedies For Bladder Infections (Ayurveda remedy,mudra)


Bladder infection is not a serious disease.50% men are facing this problem. Normally bladder infections are treated with antibiotics.But the problem is that these antibiotics destroy the friendly bacteria in the intestines that help the body to manufacture its own B-vitamin.


If the infections are in early stage home remedies are very effective here is some home remedies for bladder infections

Cherries

Eating cherries in intervals of two hours reduce the effect of ease the burning sensation while passing urine.

Garlic

Garlic is a natural antibiotic.The allium content of garlic acts as an effective antifungal and antibacterial agent.

Eating the food which contains vitamin C

Vitamin C makes the urine more acidic,inhibits bacterial growth and boosts immunity.

Radish

Fresh green leaves of radish are packed with antibacterial properties.

Water

Water is wonderful remedy for bladder infections. It dilute the toxins in the urine and flush the system.

Herbal tea

A tea made from lemon and cinnamon is every effective. Take a teaspoon of grated lemon rind and cinnamon powder,and boil them in water for five minutes.serve it hot.

Urinary tract infections (UTI) are disorders affecting the various parts of the urinary system.It affects women more frequently than men due to basic anatomical differences. It canbecome a serious problem if the infection spreads to the kidneys. In Ayurveda, UTI is knownas mutravahi sankraman. It can be treated with Ayurvedic herbs like Gokshura and Shatavarias well as Yogic practices.

There are many herbs as well as other recommendations in Ayurveda to treat various disorders of the urinary system without any side effects. They are easily available and can be used by everyone. These disorders are mainly due to the Pitta dosha that governs thesesystems. An imbalance in this Dosha usually leads to respiratory infection. 
Shatavari: This herb has cooling properties that helps relieve inflammation due to Pitta imbalances. It helps in fighting bacteria that might be causing or aggravating the condition. Purnanava and Gokshura: These herbs are known for their ability to stimulate the urinary system, improving its functioning. They soothe the complete system in case of infections. Cilantro or coriander, fennel and cumin: You can have fresh juice of coriander or mix the three herbs in a brew and have it. This helps in reducing inflammation and balancing Pitta Dosha. 
Yogic practices: Postures that concentrate on the kidneys and abdomen like Dhanurasana (Bow pose), Bhujangasana (Cobra pose) and some others are beneficial as they improve the functioning of the kidneys and the whole system.
